XOG25 Γάντια Προστασίας από Κοπή με Επίστρωση Πολυουρεθάνης (PU), Επιπέδου Αντοχής στην Κοπή D
High-performance cut-resistant protective gloves manufactured from a durable 13-gauge seamless knitted liner combining high-performance polyethylene (HPPE), polyester and steel fibres, featuring a smooth polyurethane (PU) palm coating. Designed to provide enhanced cut protection, excellent abrasion resistance, flexibility and comfort during demanding industrial and mechanical handling operations.
The advanced knitted liner incorporates high-strength HPPE and steel fibres to provide resistance against mechanical cutting hazards while maintaining flexibility and a comfortable fit. The 13-gauge construction combines durability with excellent tactile sensitivity, allowing precise handling of tools, components and industrial materials.
The smooth polyurethane palm coating provides enhanced resistance to mechanical abrasion while supporting reliable grip and controlled hand movements. Its flexible construction allows accurate handling of equipment and materials without unnecessarily restricting finger mobility.
The palm-dipped design leaves the back of the glove uncoated, improving ventilation and helping maintain comfort during extended working periods. The breathable seamless liner reduces internal friction and supports a secure, ergonomic fit.
Engineered for professional industrial applications, the gloves achieve cut resistance Level D under EN 388:2016+A1:2018, providing protection against significant mechanical cutting hazards. The protective construction also demonstrates excellent abrasion and tear resistance, achieving an overall mechanical protection classification of 4X42D.
The gloves additionally achieve ANSI/ISEA 105:2016 cut resistance Level A4, abrasion resistance Level 6 and puncture resistance Level 3, providing additional internationally recognised mechanical protection ratings.
The manufacturer also specifies limited contact heat protection up to 100°C. This thermal performance claim requires confirmation against the applicable thermal protection test documentation.
The high-visibility liner colour improves visual recognition in daylight working environments, while the lightweight knitted construction provides excellent flexibility and comfort.
Combining Level D cut resistance, high abrasion durability, excellent dexterity and a breathable design, these gloves are suitable for metalworking, fabrication, automotive manufacturing, industrial maintenance, construction and material handling applications involving appropriately assessed cutting hazards.
